New $17M California program to improve access to clean alternative transportation modes in most vulnerable communities

The project is part of California Climate Investments, a statewide initiative that puts cap-and-trade dollars to work reducing greenhouse gas emissions, strengthening the economy and improving public health and the environment — particularly in disadvantaged communities. The $17 million funds the program for two years.
