The UK Plug-in Car grant aims to stimulate the sales of electric cars by slicing a chunk of the price. Any car above £35,000 was no longer eligible for a £2,500 discount. The price of the range topping e-C4 has been reduced to bring the whole compact car range below the £35,000 threshold.

With revised pricing for all e-2008 models and enhanced deposit contributions for the e-208 range, Peugoet is latest manufacturer to respond to the recent overhaul of the UK Government’s Plug-in Car Grant. This move follows Citroen, Vauxhall and Kia who have adjusted their prices. The Peugeot e-2008 offers up 206 miles of range (WLTP).
