Volkswagen Group outselling GM in China

The Volkswagen Group is having a very strong sales year so far in China. For the first nine months of 2016, retail sales by GM and its joint ventures in China increased 9% on an annual basis to a record 2,718,315 units. While the situation in Brazil in particular remained tense, there was significant growth on the Chinese market.
