The '48 Dodge looked old-fashioned in its day, and so I shot this photograph with an Ansco Memo camera (which was made to shoot then-cheap 35mm movie film) from the late 1920s. Just wear warmer clothes for that drive across North Dakota in January! Some of its parts are in good enough condition to live on in other cars.

Create cheap clean energy, new badly needed green jobs, and reduce our dependence on foreign oil. If all gasoline cars, trucks, and SUVs instead had plug-in electric drive trains, the amount of electricity needed to replace gasoline is about equal to the estimated wind energy potential of the state of North Dakota.
