Clean Energy awarded $13M contract to build hydrogen station and supply fuel for Foothill Transit buses

Foothill Transit has been a 20-year partner with Clean Energy and is currently operating more than 300 of their buses with renewable natural gas (RNG) at two stations built by Clean Energy. The agency is now entrusting Clean Energy to build its first hydrogen station in Pomona, CA, as it expands into another clean alternative fuel.

SoCalGas, Oberon Fuels partner to produce Dimethyl Ether from natural gas for transportation fuel; first such commercial facility in US

The planned demonstration facility will use Oberon’s proprietary catalytic technology and process which will mix natural gas with carbon dioxide to produce DME in small-scale, skid-mounted modular units that will produce 3,000 to 6,000 gallons of DME per day.
