It can do this with little disruption to the way homes and industry purchase and use energy today. Some examples are the use of fiberglass, carbon fiber and Kevlar substituting for wood and metal in vehicle parts, appliances and furniture products. We can set a goal to have every new vehicle purchased be a PHEV.
