If you order the performance exhaust or go for the Z51 package, those numbers go up to 495 and 470. The front-wheel drive Mazda MX-5 Miata and Hyundai Veloster R-Spec are wonderful, handle great and are zippy, but are not in the same conversation with the much larger, rear-wheel drive, more powerful and heavier Corvette Stingray.

Our review of the not-so-much-smaller 2021 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid returned stellar fuel economy topping 50 miles per gallon. The lower edges of the fascia find dual horizontal exhaust ports.
