Fisker is delivering the Karma, but not without glitches and its DOE loan is being questioned. The least expensive, the Mitsu i, could be had in some places for less than $20,000 (with tax credits and rebates) while the Karma will set you back over $100K. We need about 25,000 Americans who don’t know it yet to buy a plug-in car.
