In the key area of transportation, we submit our Drive Star proposal. For $100 million in one year, we’ll demonstrate how to rapidly reduce use of oil in transportation with safe, warrantied retrofits of tens of millions gas-guzzlers. We’ll add targeted incentives to jump-start this successor to the $4,500 “Cash for Clunkers” program.
