This advanced in-house powertrain will be manufactured at the new JLR Engine Manufacturing Center near Wolverhampton in the UK. Key attributes are low noise, high efficiency and excellent mixture formation. Fuel is fed to the combustion chambers by a 1,800 bar solenoid common rail system.
