Harry’s 200-unit condominium building in Minneapolis, Minn., There were two Level 2 charging stations about six blocks away in a grocery store parking lot, but that was not a convenient or reliable option. They rejected my request to allow cyclists to hose off their bikes in the alley behind the building, which cost nothing.
