Lutz is a man given to hyperbole — called global warming "a crock of shit" — but in this case, hes right. Ive found it facinating how car commercials changed the main MPG number they promoted before gas went over $4 a gallon as city miles. We are addicted to the gasoline tax both at the State and Federal level.
