A list of the clean energy programs being funded through auction proceeds can be found on RGGI’s website. In the most recent auction, the Market Monitor Report found that 51 bidders competed fairly for the 40 million carbon allowances, and that no one bidder acquired more than 12 percent of the overall pool of available allowances.
