All we really need in addition to fleets of new paradigm vehicles are additional solar and wind generation sources. High-volume manufacturing of long electric range PHEVs is a good start. This change in vehicles and fuel would provide our sought-for zero net CO 2 fueling or energy system. Or their UF=10% to 15%.
