These 9 combinations became the reference scenarios with defined fuel requirements and GHG emissions. The reference case scenarios assume no change to GHG intensity from current levels. In the climate-targeted scenarios, they assumed that electrified vehicles receive their electricity from an 80% decarbonized electricity grid.
