There’s an ever-increasing range of electric cars and vans on sale in the UK but so far there’s not been much choice for people who want an all-electric ‘multi-purpose vehicle.’ That has now changed with the arrival of the Citroën ë-Berlingo Electric.

Bush proposes $81 million, which includes $17 million for plug-in hybrid battery grants. Honestly, much as I want the federal and state efforts to move toward batteries and electricity, we don't really need pure "research." We need cars. As did most if not all of the electric cars produced in the '90s.)

In 2001 I began driving an electric car, obtaining the last of the ZEV mandate-required EVs. As I got turned on to the benefits and technological readiness of electric cars, the writing was on the wall and EVs began to disappear from California's roads. The notion of the plug-in hybrid revived the hope of plugging in.

Is it as complex and time-consuming a process as has been experienced by many new owners of plug-in cars? Plus installation. Need it cost this much? is at 120V.
