Lutz is a man given to hyperbole — called global warming "a crock of shit" — but in this case, hes right. Engineering proptypes enjoy a tax break. Companies can not sell engineering prototypes in which the company got R&D tax breaks in developing the product. We are facing a big problem with global warming.
