If you build a car as a "kit car" with no real factory, then yes, it will never be an economic success. So is the management in Washinton DC. The mines in Canada where the nickel & cadmium are mined is one of the most polluted places on Earth. needs to have an indigenous automobile industry, and not merely "transplants".
