Blending the MPG of SUVs and small cars understates the real consumption and rewards automakers for building gas hogs and unsafe micro cars which makes people want to buy "safe" gas hogs. Generating electricity from wind and geothermal rather than a CO2 producing sources would help alleviate that problem. Never again.
