GM says it is already looking ahead to the next generation of Volt-based vehicles — it unveiled the Cadillac Converj concept in January — and says costs will come down as the technology spreads to more models. The mines in Canada where the nickel & cadmium are mined is one of the most polluted places on Earth. Never again.
