Ive found it facinating how car commercials changed the main MPG number they promoted before gas went over $4 a gallon as city miles. Toyota Prius modders have already been adding larger batteries so the vehicle can run on battery power. You guys go ahead and buy your 40 mile per charge GM golf cart.
