One was the conversion kit by Hyderabad based e-Trio, and the other was Pune based Northway Motorsports. Many of you want to convert your existing petrol/diesel cars into electric cars. Your electric car will also be more reliable and require much less maintenance than a pollution car. Sounds utopian, right?

They will buy a car and rent or lease the battery and the cost of leasing the battery will be the same as, or less than, the cost theyre paying today for petrol. Felix and I might differ on that -- Felix and I were talking the other day -- but we dont expect the battery and the battery maintenance to be part of the ownership cost of your car.
