I love the idea of powering my car from solar power. Photovoltaic arrays belong on stationary rooftops -- which is an excellent way to drive on solar power (roof > house > car). At the moment, only 2004-2007 Priuses , and to a limited extent, the Ford Escape/Mercury Mariner Hybrids. How about a car-mounted wind-generator?
