zenncars.com ) and Miles Electric Vehicles ( milesev.com ) -- both of which I have used and enjoyed -- certaintly consumer auto behavior will eventually adjust to the sustainable energy driving experience which yes, generally will not reach high speeds etc. I am more reminded of Segway, or that GM thing that Segway helped them build.
