I believe that all three barriers are very real for the auto industry but they are not true in any absolute sense. There are technical hurdles still to overcome if you want a Ferrari, but not for a Ford Focus. Sorry for such a long-winded non-answer! Q: You plan to lease Urban Car models.

The customer will only pay a monthly fee about $240 (US Dollars) which includes a full maintenance service agreement; carbon offset payments and in some countries even all electricity used, and insurance. As far as quick, Id give my left nut to own a Wrightspeed EV, so I could (quietly) blow the doors off Porsches and Ferraris.
