Lutz is a man given to hyperbole — called global warming "a crock of shit" — but in this case, hes right. based technology will actually achieve any economy in production. It was a Manufacturing Failure, as GM NEVER planned to build the car in Volume, so No Economies of Scale were ever achieved. Thats right.
