Better Place is building stations in San Francisco, Hawaii, Israel, and Denmark to swap out 1,000 pound batteries in a car wash type set up. They are either glorified golf cart city cars like this one or they are only for the very wealthy like the Tesla. Electric cars a still a joke. The bottleneck is infrastructure.
