It is aggressively in talks with Portland General Electric Plug-In Charging Stations , ( POR ) and other states including Michigan, and California that are scrambling to offer incentives. Glad to see the variety & availability of electic commuter cars (vs hybrids & PHEV) is rising. market b y the end of 2009.
