Many in the auto industry are warning that realistic BEV range numbers under varying conditions need to be widely published , else risk creating a backlash against EVs in general. The entry level F-150 XL with an internal combustion engine has risen in the past year from about $29,990 to $33,695 currently.

The federal government cant hand out money to a company thats telling them that itll lose money on a $40, 000 automobile that more than half the populace couldnt afford if the economy was in good shape!
