It will appear in Europe next year as the Opel Ampera and in Australia as the Holden Volt in 2012. It was a Manufacturing Failure, as GM NEVER planned to build the car in Volume, so No Economies of Scale were ever achieved. South Korea did that and Australia is going to be doing that. The car is expected to cost around $40,000.
