It’s a subcompact SUV designed first and foremost for Europe, where it’s a starter family car—sized well for tight city streets and alleys, or the winding one-and-a-half-lane roads that connect rural villages. In North America, the EX30 is small enough that four full-size American adults will find it too tight for more than short trips.
