Canoo has announced that the company entered an agreement to purchase yet another vehicle manufacturing facility in Oklahoma City. The 120+ acre facility plans to begin production in 2023 with a crew of 500 employees and a yearly goal run rate of 20,000 units.

In mid-2022, the company was even looking down the barrel of bankruptcy, and without last-minute orders of thousands of vehicles, the company would not be here today. The first plant, located in Oklahoma City , is scheduled to begin production this year and is aiming for a run rate of 20,000 vehicles annually.
