LNG bunkering for ships is currently only available in a number of places in Europe, Incheon (Korea) and Buenos Aires (Argentina) but the world’s bunkering grid is developing. Renewable power production can be exploited to produce electricity to power ships at berth (cold ironing), and to charge batteries for fully electric and hybrid ships.
