It is rare when we post a review of a car that is only available in one of the 50 United States, but such is the case with the 2022 Toyota Mirai hydrogen fuel cell electric vehicle (FCEV), which is only sold in California. The electric power comes from oxygen being introduced to a fuel cell filled with compressed hydrogen gas.
