liter V8 has direct injection with active fuel management, using cylinder deactivation to maximize fuel efficiency. Premium fuel is required to get the full 490 horsepower and 465 pound-feet of torque. If you order the performance exhaust or go for the Z51 package, those numbers go up to 495 and 470. Very satisfying.

The two-line horizontal LED head and daytime running lights wrap onto the fenders, sit above functioning corner vents, which along with the narrow black grille in the lower fascia, continue the cross-hatch design of the upper grille. The LED tail lights are connected by a narrow strip and are part of the approach and farewell lighting elements. The bumper, with a flat top, sits above the dual exhaust chrome tips.
