It is possible to use gasoline C made with hydrated ethanol (AEHC) with minimum risk of phase separation due to Brazilian climate conditions. Designated volatility attainment and designated volatility nonattainment areas and their exact boundaries are described in 40 CFR part 81, or such part as shall later be designated for that purpose.
