One was affordability. Even without a son soon to be entering college, the premium prices of EVs were a turnoff. The other challenge was where to charge the EV. Harry’s 200-unit condominium building in Minneapolis, Minn., has no EV chargers in its five-story indoor parking garage. Two obstacles stood in his way.
