GM will leapfrog Toyota and Honda by providing an electric car to the masses by the end of next year. GM says it is already looking ahead to the next generation of Volt-based vehicles — it unveiled the Cadillac Converj concept in January — and says costs will come down as the technology spreads to more models. you see that?
