The Haru Oni facility is currently operating with biogenic CO 2 and hydrogen produced with the strong winds of the Magallanes region. The Volkswagen Group identified extracting CO 2 from the atmosphere as an issue for the future back in 2019. At the same time, we need CO 2 as a raw material in many production processes.
