Consumer Reports: Tesla and other domestic brands take big steps backwards in reliability rankings

Seven of the top 10 brands in this year’s reliability rankings are from Japan and South Korea, including Subaru, Kia, Infiniti, and Hyundai. Consumer Reports’ survey also reveals that some automakers—striving for improved fuel economy—are clearly making more reliable turbocharged engines than others.
