Among the consideration are: The Advanced Clean Cars regulation will reduce GHG emissions from new light-duty vehicles by about 4.5% EPA’s “Phase I” GHG standard will reduce new vehicle emissions by about 4–5% per year from 2014–2018. The focus areas include: Energy. Agriculture. Natural and Working Lands.
