Blue Bird unveiled two new electric-powered school buses at the STN Tradeshow in Las Vegas: a Type A Micro Bird G5 electric-powered school bus and an all-new electric Type D chassis which will power its Type D All-American rear engine (RE) school bus. Start of production will be in 2018.

Mercedes eSprinter first drive: here’s the deal – it’s a van, but it’s electric

The eSprinter has already been out for some time in Europe, first unveiled in 2018 , but that version was not available in the US. Mercedes also said that it managed to drive from Las Vegas to Long Beach, a 275-mile trip (albeit mildly downhill), on a single charge. Now, the eSprinter has been refreshed into a “2.0”
