The substantial early activity in fuel cell vehicles has led up to the broad goal of providing FCEVs to the general public in a mass scale starting from 2018; Hyundai is looking to have approximately 10,000 units in place (cumulative) in Korea alone (and more elsewhere) around 2025. Europe and Asia-Pacific are seeing faster growth.
