Just two people live in its 3000+ energy-wasting square feet. I said I would consider it, but that I was really hoping to establish a precedent, legally speaking, beyond Torrance. It’s just this mind-blowing waste of time. Well let’s see, they want to do a million roofs by 2016 and they’re up to 70,000 now.
