Chrysler-Fiat had the highest CO 2 emissions and lowest fuel economy, followed by Daimler. EPA evaluated MY 2013 vehicles against future footprint-based CO 2 emissions regulatory targets to determine which vehicles could meet or exceed their future targets in MY 2016-2025.
