ARB staff developed this strategy using a multi-pollutant scenario planning tool ( Vision 2.0 ) that quantifies changes in ozone and PM 2.5 Under current control programs (left) and under the Cleaner Technologies and Fuels scenario (right). Prior to the Board meeting, staff will hold a public workshop on 16 October 2015.
