For its second model year, Acura has added new features to the ILX compact sedan, which serves as its entry-level vehicle. The 2014 Acura ILX will go on sale tomorrow at dealers for Honda''s luxury brand, but an announcement of new features and upgrades thus far applies only to the two conventionally powered models.

Honda currently is selling the MY 2014 Accord Plug-in Hybrid. For the first five months of 2015, Honda’s total hybrid sales (including Acura models) were down 22.3% from the same period in 2014, to 9,257 units total. Sales of the Civic Hybrid were down 10.2% to 55 units over that time frame.

While not fast by EV standards, it will get the job done for entering freeways, which is what the e:FCEV will be doing a lot of as it will only be leased in California when it hits dealers in late 2024. Pricing and Availability Honda will announce prices for the 2025 CR-V e:FCEV closer to when it goes on-sale in late 2024.
