It will appear in Europe next year as the Opel Ampera and in Australia as the Holden Volt in 2012. based technology will actually achieve any economy in production. It was a Manufacturing Failure, as GM NEVER planned to build the car in Volume, so No Economies of Scale were ever achieved. Interesting in any case. Thats right.
