It will appear in Europe next year as the Opel Ampera and in Australia as the Holden Volt in 2012. Toyota Prius modders have already been adding larger batteries so the vehicle can run on battery power. A simple, clean, efficient EV that wont run out of juice because of its on-board gas generator. Way to go morons.
