Buoyed by strong demand for the Chevrolet brand and ongoing positive demand for its other brands, GM sales totaled 196,004 units. GM’s sales in the first five months of the year in China reached 1,032,665 units, a 53.9% and sales of Buicks rising 22.0%

Sales in June rose 23.2% For the first half, sales were up 48.5% year-on-year, and 1,080,521 units for the first six months of 2010, up 13.2% Shanghai GM’s sales in June rose 18.9%
